Aegis Worldwide is seeking a qualified Process Engineer to provide hands-on production support in a heavy manufacturing setting. You will troubleshoot equipment, improve processes, reduce scrap, and support automation initiatives including ABB robots and sensors.

You will work on process improvements, tooling development, and APQP documentation while collaborating with production, maintenance, and engineering teams. Expect 50+ hours weekly and shift flexibility.

Formación

• Experience in manufacturing, process improvement, automation, or mechanical troubleshooting preferred.
• Familiarity with PLCs, robotics, sensors, or machine controls.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Comfortable working in a hot, noisy manufacturing environment.

We are looking for a qualified Process Engineer that will provide hands‑on production support by troubleshooting equipment, improving manufacturing processes, reducing scrap, and supporting automation in a heavy manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot manufacturing equipment, robotics, automation, and production issues.
• Improve process efficiency, quality, uptime, and cycle times.
• Support tooling development, new product launches, and APQP documentation.
• Program and modify automated equipment, including ABB robots and sensors.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams.
• Travel between North and South facilities as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, process improvement, automation, or mechanical troubleshooting preferred.
• Familiarity with PLCs, robotics, sensors, or machine controls.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Comfortable working in a hot, noisy manufacturing environment.
• Available for 2nd shift (3 PM–11 PM) or 3rd shift (11 PM–7 AM) and approximately 50+ hours per week.
• $80,000–$110,000 annual salary.
