Job summary

Intellectt Inc. is seeking a hands-on Process Engineer to support commissioning, qualification, and startup of a new API manufacturing facility for peptide production. This onsite role requires experience with process equipment and C&Q activities, and a strong focus on safety and documentation.

The ideal candidate will assist with equipment readiness, participate in safety reviews, and help hand over systems to Operations after successful startup. Onsite shifts are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of process engineering or manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of process equipment and C&Q activities.
• Strong troubleshooting and technical documentation skills.
• Understanding of equipment safety and manufacturing operations.

Job Description

• Review C&Q protocols, test cases, discrepancies, and turnover documents.
• Perform equipment walkdowns, installation verification, and troubleshooting.
• Support safety reviews, LOTO planning, and PSSR activities.
• Verify equipment readiness and hand over systems to Operations.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of process engineering or manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of process equipment and C&Q activities.
• Strong troubleshooting and technical documentation skills.
• Understanding of equipment safety and manufacturing operations.
• Willingness to work onsite and support flexible shifts.

Preferred

Pharmaceutical/API manufacturing, greenfield startup, C&Q protocols, PSM, LOTO, and PSSR experience.
