Qualifications

• 2+ years in manufacturing, process engineering, commissioning or similar environments.
• Strong understanding of process equipment and system operations.
• Experience troubleshooting equipment and process issues.
• Hands-on work in manufacturing or industrial plant environments.
• Strong communications and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Willingness to support shift work during startup activities.

Responsibilities

• Support commissioning, qualification and startup activities for equipment and systems.
• Review and execute C&Q protocols, test cases, and technical docs.
• Participate in walkthroughs, equipment installation verification, and operational verification.
• Provide hands-on support for equipment setup, operation, and troubleshooting.
• Identify and resolve technical issues during commissioning and qualification.
• Contribute to safety reviews, LOTO planning, and PSSR.
• Collaborate with Operations, Technical Services, Automation, and C&Q teams.
• Review turnover packages and support final handover to site Operations.
• Ensure equipment and process systems meet safety and quality requirements.
• Provide on-site and shift-based support during critical startup activities.
