Job summary

Lumicity in Indiana is seeking a Process Engineer to optimize and scale its advanced mineral and metal refining processes. This hands-on role spans process development, refining operations, and pilot-scale scale-up in a fast-growing company.

Strong candidates will have 3–7+ years in process engineering within mineral processing or metals, with hands-on pilot-scale experience and a metallurgical background. US citizen is required, with base salary and equity on offer.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of process engineering experience in mineral processing, metal refining, or a related industrial field.
• Hands-on experience with process optimization, troubleshooting, and pilot-scale operations.
• Background in metallurgy or hydrometallurgy preferred.
• Experience supporting process scale-up from pilot operations toward commercial production.
• B.S. in Chemical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
