Job summary

Jobot in Huntsville, AL, is seeking an experienced manufacturing engineer to own and optimize production processes for aerospace components. You will lead continuous improvement initiatives with engineering, mentor technicians, and promote safe, high‑quality production.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Engineering, 4+ years in aerospace manufacturing, hands-on CNC experience, and proficiency in CAD (SolidWorks) and ERP systems. Competitive compensation and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years in manufacturing (aerospace or high-spec environments preferred).
• Hands-on experience with CNC machining, tooling, and production equipment.
• Strong background in lean/continuous improvement (Kaizen, A3, Poka-Yoke).
• Proficiency with CAD (SolidWorks) and manufacturing systems (ERP, Power BI a plus).
• Ability to read technical drawings and drive data-based decisions.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
