We are looking for a Process Engineer (Licensed as Professional Engineer in Texas) to join our team and take the lead in managing daily operations within our Process Engineering discipline. This position plays a key role in overseeing design, construction, and commissioning stages across exciting projects in the Oil & Gas and Energy Transition sectors.

What you'll do:

  • Supervise engineering activities during detailed design, construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning stages, including review of report, attending meetings, etc.
  • Ensure effective communications and co-ordinations between all team members and all disciplines, to ensure mutual awareness of requirements and sharing of information and common resources.
  • Monitor overall productivity and efficiency of the Process engineering discipline, forecast trends and anticipate potential problems and difficulties meeting milestones and budgets.
  • Implement and maintain productivity targets for the process team members.
  • Conduct routine meetings with team to monitor the projects’ performance.
  • Prepare an estimate of required man hours along with supporting documentation for process activities and or any change orders.
  • Delegate review responsibilities to subject matter experts as necessary. Coordinate, review, and consolidate all process review comments.
  • Review and provide inputs/comments on other discipline drawings and documents.
  • Respond to technical queries during the Contractor tender periods. Assessing processes for their relevance and assessing the adequacy of engineering equipment.
  • Supervise the design, installation and commissioning of new production units, monitoring modifications and upgrades, and troubleshooting existing processes.
  • Review reports, flow diagrams and charts prepared by various engineers.
  • Ensure that all aspects of an operation or process meet specified regulations.

Perform any relevant work-related duties as assigned.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering.
  • PE License in Texas.
  • 8+ years of related experience in a Process Engineer position.
  • Good knowledge of USA O&G, Energy, Energy Transition market and technologies Problem solving.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. regulatory frameworks and industry standards.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and leadership in cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with process control.
  • Excellent written and oral skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
