Job Description

A client of Insight Global in the West Michigan area is seeking a Process Engineer to join their team. This individual will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing production processes across the warehouse to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize scrap and defect rates. This role involves technical understanding of process parameters including temperature, speed, and validation steps, ensuring consistent quality and performance. The engineer works closely with cross-functional teams to document workflows, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements that save time and resources. A strong focus on data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement is essential.
