Overview

Growing automotive manufacturing company is seeking an Entry Level Process Engineer to support daily manufacturing operations, process improvements, and production performance initiatives within a fast-paced environment. This position is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career engineer who is highly analytical, organized, and interested in developing hands-on manufacturing experience. The selected candidate will work closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to support operational efficiency, data analysis, and continuous improvement activities.

Responsibilities

• Support daily production and manufacturing activities
• Analyze production data, downtime, scrap, and operational trends
• Create and maintain reports, trackers, and process documentation
• Support process improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, and cost reduction
• Participate in continuous improvement and Kaizen activities
• Assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Monitor KPIs and support management reporting
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Support implementation of engineering and operational changes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
