Job summary

CPS, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Manager with chemical engineering expertise to support their Elgin, IL area plant. The role focuses on daily operations, process troubleshooting, and driving scale-up and tech transfer initiatives.

You will lead process improvements, collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and contribute to both plant and corporate-level projects. US citizens or green card holders preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires a chemical engineering degree.
• Minimum 5 years of post-graduate chemical plant experience with daily manufacturing support and scale-up.
• US citizen or Green Card holder.

Our client is well-established global chemical supplier. They currently seek a Process Engineer to support their plant near Elgin, IL. This engineer will provide daily manufacturing support, troubleshooting, process improvement, optimization and scale-up/ tech transfer of processes. This is a highly-visible position with tremendous growth potential from both a plant as well as a corporate level.

Salary Range: $105,000 - $125,000 + bonus
