Job summary

State Industrial Products is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to troubleshoot process and quality issues in our manufacturing environment. You will identify opportunities, propose improvements, and drive measurable results while following ISO procedures.

The role requires a BS in engineering and 3–5 years of manufacturing experience, with proficiency in SAP, AutoCAD, and MS Office. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience in R&D, operations, regulatory and finance preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to create/design P&ID diagrams and ISO procedures.

Responsibilities

• Trouble-shoot process and quality issues with formula processing within Manufacturing.
• Identify operational opportunities and propose changes to upgrade, improve or streamline processes and facilities.
• Source new equipment as needed.
• Develop specifications for new packaging.
• Drive measurable results and impact of process changes.
• Follow established ISO Procedures.
• Perform other duties assigned.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferred
• Experience in R&D, Operations, Regulatory and Finance, preferred
• Strong written & verbal communication
• Ability to create/design P&ID diagrams and ISO procedures
• Excellent problem solving & decision making skills
• Trouble-shoot quality problems and process issues
• Familiar with six sigma/lean manufacturing techniques
• Computer skills ( SAP, AutoCAD, MS Office)
