Sika Corporation, a global specialty chemicals leader, is seeking a bulk production engineer to optimize processes, equipment, and automation in the molding environment. You will partner with Quality, Tooling, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to improve efficiency and reduce scrap across production lines.
The role requires a BS in engineering or equivalent experience with 3–5 years in processing and automation, and strong communication and organizational skills.
