Job summary

Freudenberg Group in Findlay, OH is seeking a manufacturing/industrial engineering professional to support Lean Initiatives on-site. You will apply 5S, standard work, Kaizen, and value stream mapping to reduce waste and improve process flow.

Strong data analysis and cross-functional collaboration are essential. Ideal candidate has 2+ years in a manufacturing setting, with excellent communication skills and a drive for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Qualifications arrow_right

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, or a related field. Equivalent experience will be considered.
• Two or more years of experience in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Quality, or a related manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of Lean principles and tools such as 5S, Standard Work, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Visual Management, Root Cause Analysis, and Waste Reduction.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable improvements.
• Experience leading projects, facilitating teams, or driving process improvements in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools; Lean or Six Sigma certification is a plus but not required.
