Job summary

Metric is partnered with a leading and hyper growth manufacturer in the Dallas area, seeking a Project & Process Engineer for continued expansion of their site. The role focuses on monitoring and upgrading manufacturing processes, and recommending improvements through data analysis and operating spend and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will lead capital expansion and process improvement efforts, manage project teams, and provide long-term strategic guidance for best practices to sustain growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's level or higher in an Engineering focus degree.
• 3 years working within a Project or Process Engineering capacity within a manufacturing site.
• Demonstratable skills leading and upgrading manufacturing processes and projects.

• Managing existing projects and project management teams.
