Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience in industrial, automotive or laboratory environments.
  • Strong project management skills; ability to manage tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with thermal spray technologies is preferred.
  • Basic programming knowledge (Python, MATLAB or C) and CAD tooling (SolidWorks or Inventor) preferred.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% and lift up to 40 lbs.
