Job Title: Process Engineer

A Charlotte, NC-based manufacturer is seeking a Process Engineer to enhance production operations by improving efficiency, consistency, and performance through equipment modifications, process design, troubleshooting, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support and troubleshoot production and quality issues.
2. Improve equipment/processes for safety, yield, throughput, and reliability.
3. Analyze data to proactively address quality trends and reduce variation.
4. Train and support production operators.
5. Collaborate with Sales and R&D to develop and implement new product processes.
6. Modify equipment for new products and lead R&D trials to scale to production.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in process engineering within a continuous process manufacturing environment.
• Experience with quality assurance, project management (technical and financial), equipment operation, modification, automation, and vision system integration.
