We are seeking a detail-oriented Process Engineer to lead high-volume warehouse rezoning initiatives aimed at optimizing pick-path efficiency across our micro-fulfillment centers. This role is key in identifying ideal pick paths, updating zoning maps using Lucidchart, and reassigning rack and bin locations to enhance operational flow.

In addition to hands-on execution, the Process Engineer will provide strategic input on warehouse layout design — including the placement of inbound, stocking, picking, and packing zones — to drive labor efficiency and throughput across multiple facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute rezoning efforts to support optimized picking workflows
• Create and update warehouse zoning maps using Lucidchart
• Reassign bin and rack locations to align with optimized pick paths
• Provide strategic feedback on facility layout and workflow design
• Standardize outputs across sites to drive scalability and efficiency
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless operational implementation

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Lucidchart and Excel/Google Sheets is required
• Solid understanding of warehouse operations and layout logic
• Experience with Google Workspace tools strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to plan and execute repeatable processes at scale
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a focus on continuous improvement
