Actalent is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to design and develop new manufacturing processes and to drive improvements in an onsite Marion, IN facility.

The role focuses on problem solving, Six Sigma, data analysis, and implementing process control systems to achieve operational excellence. Occasional travel to Noblesville is required in the first year.

Qualifications

  • BS in mechanical engineering, chemical, materials, or ceramic.
  • 4-7 years of work experience.
  • Strong manufacturing process, manufacturing engineering, and process engineering skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset focused on process improvement.

  • Measure and communicate performance against established objectives.
  • Review and interpret data to make recommendations on immediate actions, long-term corrective actions, and follow-up experiments.
  • Document processes and train operators and peers on defined processes.

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $120000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. see account manager for benefits package
