You will conduct discovery sessions with managers, analysts, and leads, then craft step-by-step guides, flowcharts, and decision trees that enable teams to execute workflows with minimal clarifications.

Your work will be validated with stakeholders and end users, and stored in Confluence with regular updates.

Process Documentation Expert at BairesDev

In this role, you'll conduct stakeholder discovery sessions and transform complex operational processes into clear, accurate documentation that enables teams to execute workflows independently, without multiple clarifications or follow-up sessions. You'll be the knowledge extraction and translation expert for our organization, meeting with busy stakeholders (managers, analysts, leads) who have limited time, asking the right questions to capture complete process information in a single session, and turning that knowledge into documentation so clear that a new employee can follow it perfectly on their first try.

What You'll Do:

• - Discovery & Extraction: Conduct 45‑60 minute sessions with process owners across different business functions (Talent Acquisition, Operations, Finance), using structured questioning to extract complete workflow information.
• - Documentation Creation: Produce step‑by‑step guides, visual flowcharts, checklists, and decision trees that turn complex processes into simple, actionable instructions.
• - Quality Assurance: Ensure documentation accuracy through validation with stakeholders and testing with end users, so your work is right the first time with minimal rework.
• - Repository Management: Upload, version, and maintain all process documentation in Confluence, ensuring the knowledge base stays current and accessible.

What we are looking for:

• - 2+ years of experience in process documentation, business analysis, or operational excellence roles.
• - Proven track record documenting complex operational processes.
• - Experience working with cross‑functional teams (managers, analysts, leads) to extract process knowledge.
• - Background in creating documentation for knowledge management systems (Confluence, Notion, SharePoint, etc.).
• - Hands‑on work with visual content creation.
• - Advanced proficiency in English.

Nice to have:

• - Experience in HR/Talent Acquisition operations or recruiting support environments, such as TA, HR operations, or support functions.
• - Previous roles requiring translation of complex workflows into clear, actionable documentation
• - Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Jira, Monday.com).
• - Process Mapping: Ability to create flowcharts, swimlane diagrams, decision trees, and workflow visualizations.
• -Usage of AI to improve documentation and automate processes.
