• Associate degree or military equivalent in a technical field.
• Hands-on testing, data collection, and interpretation in a lab or manufacturing setting.
• Ability to review data critically and document results clearly.

• Understanding of process validation and equipment verification principles.
• Experience supporting development or improvement of technical processes.
• Proficient with MS Office; ability to travel ~25% (including international).

Responsibilities

• Plan, set up, and execute experiments and validation testing with engineering teams.
• Perform hands-on testing with lab equipment; ensure methods are followed.
• Collect and interpret data; identify trends to support decisions.
• Prepare test records, summaries, and reports; assist in test method development.
• Support root cause investigations and problem-solving related to process issues.
