You will turn engineering concepts into functional prototypes and scalable process solutions, collaborating with engineers and manufacturing teams. The role requires a two-year technical degree or equivalent experience, 5+ years in relevant technical environments, and proficiency with hand tools, CAD, and testing

Qualifikationen

• Two-year technical degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in a development, experimental lab, manufacturing engineering, prototype shop, or similar technical environment.
• Experience building, modifying, troubleshooting, and testing prototypes, fixtures, or assemblies.

Aufgaben

• Lead hands-on design, fabrication, assembly, modification, and troubleshooting of prototype equipment and fixtures.
• Plan and execute complex prototype builds and DOE-based experiments; analyze data and report findings.
• Collaborate with engineers to convert drawings into functional prototypes and improve processes.
• Set up, calibrate, and maintain lab equipment; create build records, test reports, and BOMs.
• Partner with global plants to assess manufacturability and mentor junior technicians.
