Job summary

PCI is seeking a Scientist II in Bedford, NH to lead process development projects focusing on formulation and process design for small molecules, biologics, ADCs, and complex modalities. You will execute experiments, analyze data, and guide scale-up through technology transfer while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong laboratory and wet chemistry skills.
• Knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and regulatory guidelines.
• Able to learn new technologies and drive implementation in the lab.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with internal and external teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead process development projects as technical lead and SME for formulation and process design.
• Train and mentor junior scientists and lab staff.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with QC, MTS, Operations and external client teams.
• Perform routine testing (HPLC/UPLC, UV-Vis, DSC, titration) and troubleshoot assays.
