• Apply engineering fundamentals and scale-up principles to manufacturing challenges.
• Analyze experimental data and provide technical recommendations.
• Collaborate with R&D, Operations, and business teams to commercialize new products.
• Develop and improve process development methodologies and best practices.
• Present technical findings to stakeholders and leadership.
• Mentor junior engineers, scientists, and technicians.
