Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking a Director of Chemical Process Development & Pilot Operations to lead pilot-scale manufacturing, process commercialization, and safety initiatives for US and international sites. You will bridge product development and manufacturing, transferring new technologies to commercial production and driving improvements across facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in chemical manufacturing, process development, or pilot plant operations.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing or technical environments.
• Experience with process scale-up, commercialization, and technology transfer.
• Knowledge of process safety, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance.
• Lean Six Sigma or operational excellence experience.
• MBA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead pilot plant operations focusing on safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Manage pilot trials, production campaigns, and process development activities.
• Oversee equipment reliability, maintenance programs, and capital projects.
• Maintain operating procedures and process documentation.
• Convert laboratory processes into pilot and production-scale operations.
• Lead scale-up, optimization, and manufacturing readiness.
