Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking a highly motivated Process Engineer III to support planning, design, and implementation of process systems for pharmaceutical manufacturing and food processing facilities. The successful candidate will contribute to feasibility studies, conceptual design, detailed engineering, construction support, commissioning, and startup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Mechanical/Bio/Food Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of process engineering experience in pharma/biotech/food processing or other regulated manufacturing.
• Experience developing PFDs, P&IDs, calculations, equipment specs, and process design docs.
• Strong understanding of industrial manufacturing processes and facility operations.
• Knowledge of process equipment, utilities, and manufacturing support systems.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary engineering project teams.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop process concepts, PFDs, P&IDs, material balances, and utility requirements.
• Design and support manufacturing processes for pharma/biotech/food facilities.
• Perform process calculations and equipment sizing.
• Prepare process equipment and system specifications for procurement.
• Coordinate project phases from feasibility to startup and commissioning.
• Support process optimization and capacity assessments.
