Job summary

You will work with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, and production teams to improve performance, reduce scrap, support new launches, and strengthen manufacturing processes.

The role emphasizes hands-on process development, problem solving, and APQP-driven activities in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Plastic injection molding experience required.
• Experience with root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.
• Background in APQP, tooling, and production launches preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support NCRs and CARs actions.
• Drive plant improvements to reduce scrap and downtime.
• Partner with Maintenance to resolve process- and equipment-related issues.
• Develop new molding processes including mold rheology and temp control.
• Program and modify robots and support robotic/work-cell setup.
• Coordinate tool sampling, production-readiness, and job books.
• Support the first production runs with setup, training, and monitoring.
• Train personnel on new launches and processes.
• Maintain process-development data and update instructions.
• Travel for transfer-tool fact-finding and related activities.
