Integer Holdings Corporation in Minnesota is seeking an entry‑level Process Development Engineer to support new product introductions and manufacturing line optimization under guidance from senior engineers.

You will work within a quality‑driven environment, following QMS and FDA guidelines, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to analyze data, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field (0–3 years of experience) or 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Independent work with cross-functional teams
• Ability to contribute technically in a high-energy manufacturing environment
• Positive, can-do attitude with belief that failure is not an option.

Responsibilities

• What You’ll Do In This Role: perform general engineering work to introduce new products into manufacturing sites with guidance from senior engineers.
• Identify and optimize processes and equipment to ensure safe, high-quality and cost-effective results.
• Lead or support projects to improve plant operations and production lines.
• Apply standard data analysis to establish root cause for product/process issues.
