Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation is seeking a Process Development Engineer II to apply advanced engineering principles across new and existing manufacturing processes. You will lead cross-functional efforts to introduce new products, optimize lines, and ensure safe, high-quality, cost-effective results.

You will plan tooling, review drawings, and drive process improvements while embedding quality in every stage of the engineering lifecycle and supporting manufacturing excellence initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or related technical field is required.
• 3+ years of progressive engineering experience; fewer years may be considered with education.
• Master’s Degree is a plus; candidates with 7+ years experience may be considered in lieu of education.

Responsibilities

• Apply engineering principles across broad assignments to ensure safe, high-quality, cost-effective results.
• Develop processes and equipment for new products and manufacturing lines.
• Lead design engineering activities and coordinate with other departments.
• Review and approve engineering drawings, layouts, changes orders and specs.
• Plan process flow, evaluate capability, modify tooling and designs.
• Lead phases of engineering work on major projects.
• Develop/test procedures and perform failure analysis.
