Job summary

Terrestrial Bio, Inc. is seeking a Process Engineer to advance the microarray patch manufacturing process. You will design experiments, analyze results, and partner with automation, operations, and analytical development teams to drive quality and throughput.

The role supports cGMP manufacturing, drafting histories, SOPs, and master batch records while collaborating across disciplines to bring robust production capability to scale.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Mechanical, Biomedical or Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• 0–2 years for Process Engineer I; 3+ years of relevant experience in medical devices or pharma for Process Engineer II.
• Experience with automated manufacturing equipment preferred.
• Strong data analysis, problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Characterize and improve unit operations through development experiments.
• Analyze data, troubleshoot deviations, and propose improvements.
• Collaborate with automation, operations and QA on manufacturing.
• Contribute to cGMP documentation and process development histories.
• Design tools, fixtures, and machines for production.
