Job summary

You will mentor junior engineers, design experiments, scale up processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality systems and ensure high-quality production.

Qualifications

• BS or higher in Engineering field required.
• 7–9 years of hands-on R&D in medical devices or biopharma.
• Experience with GMP environments and combination products is desirable.
• Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills.
• Ability to lead projects and mentor junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Characterize and improve manufacturing processes and unit operations.
• Support scale-up with new equipment and analytical methods.
• Update batch records and SOPs; maintain Quality System.
• Coach and supervise engineers and technicians.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across product development.
