Qualifications

• BS in a technical discipline; 1–2 years in mechanical or electro-mechanical roles.
• Ability to learn cryocooler fabrication and integration.
• Strong documentation and communication skills; comfortable with microscopes and measurement tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform process development and generate work instructions using 5M methodology.
• Evaluate materials and production defects; implement corrective actions with Quality Engineering.
• Train operators on new processes and verify adherence to procedures.
• Support ISO certification and export control requirements; collaborate with Tooling/ Design Engineering as needed.
