We are looking for a Process Development Engineer to join our team in Elkton, Maryland. In this role, you will lead the development, scale-up, and validation of manufacturing processes, with a focus on material expansion, compression, coating, and lamination technologies. You will collaborate across product development, manufacturing, quality, suppliers, and external partners to translate product requirements into robust, scalable process solutions. This hands-on role offers the opportunity to solve complex technical challenges and directly support the commercialization of new products.
This position will be located at our facility in Elkton, Maryland, with the possibility of a hybrid work arrangement.
