BioLegend, Inc. in Hopkinton, MA seeks a Process Development Chemist to manufacture reagents per SOPs and quality standards, coordinating with reagent planning, dispensing and QA teams to ensure consistent reagent performance for downstream workflows.

You will collaborate with R&D on troubleshooting and process improvements, while supporting scale-up, documentation, and continual optimization of manufacturing processes.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in life or natural sciences; 2 years of laboratory experience.
• 1 year of experience with basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams) for data analysis and documentation.
• Experience with GMP, SOPs, quality documentation practices.

Aufgaben

• Manufacture reagents according to SOPs and GMP requirements.
• Execute QC testing of raw materials and final products and document results.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare for audits and quality reviews.
• Setup, calibration, and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
• Collaborate with R&D and production to troubleshoot and improve processes.
• Support scale-up and process validation activities.
• Participate in inventory control and material handling.
• Assist with change control and batch documentation reviews.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Label, dispense, and package reagents as needed.
