As the Process Development Chemist, you will be a member of the Engineering and Technology Group based at our Webster Groves Technical Center, reporting to the Technology & Engineering Manager. You will be responsible for the development of chemical process improvements for ICL’s manufacturing operations and in the development of new products and processes. Application of sound scientific and chemical engineering principals is essential. This person must also be a key resource for Scientific and Technical issues and decisions in the Corporation. This role is highly independent and should function with minimal supervision.

Compensation at ICL: If you are hired at ICL, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. We also offer a generous benefits package (more information on benefits listed below).
Salary Range:$76,000 - $120,000
Annual Bonus Target: 5-7%, subject to plan provisions.
