Position Overview

We are seeking advanced Chemistry experts to assist in teaching AI to interpret and solve complex Chemistry problems by:

1. Evaluating AI-generated content for factual accuracy and relevance in Chemistry.
2. Developing and answering Chemistry-related questions to improve AI understanding.
3. Assessing and ranking AI responses based on scientific rigor.

Qualifications

• Education: Master’s degree or higher in Chemistry or a related field; PhD preferred. Currently enrolled candidates are also eligible.
• Research Experience: Preferably with peer-reviewed publications, patents, conference presentations, research grants, or R&D contributions.
• English Proficiency: Ability to read and write with minimal errors.
• Bonus Skills: AI model training experience is helpful but not required.

Compensation

Pay rates range from $30 to $50 per hour USD, depending on skills, expertise, location, and project specifics. Higher rates may be offered for PhDs or based on performance. Additional incentives may be available for certain projects.
