Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in project/operations management, customer service, or training.
• Experience supporting client-facing and operational delivery teams.
• Ability to work across multiple ops groups.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients on program design and technical workflows.
• Identify, document, and prioritize business requirements.
• Support Program Ops and business analysts to capture functional workflows.
