Job Description: This job is responsible for analyzing processes, documenting business case opportunities, and implementing process improvement/transformation initiatives in support of Operational Excellence objectives. Key responsibilities include supporting the execution of change initiatives which may result in cost efficiencies, quality, productivity, and risk mitigation. Job expectations include working with business leaders and subject matter experts, ensuring collaboration and transparency across integrated business and technology teams, and driving execution of solutions within the budget and timeline.

The Strategy and Transformation Team within WMO leads the evolution and full integration of the Operational Excellence program within the organization. The team leads strategic work efforts geared toward improving Wealth Management Operations using process analysis techniques and supports Process Owners (PO) to drive recommendations on strategic direction and compliance with the Enterprise Process Management Policy.
Through collaboration with WMO Senior Leaders, Process Owners, WMO Business Controls, and Change Management and Project Delivery, a process design consultant on this team will:
