• Respond to complaints/queries via mail and interact with vendors for order management.
• Support daily operations reviews and escalation resolution to meet SLAs.
• Deliver new processes to meet client and internal goals.
• Adhere to SLA and process compliance standards.
• Provide backup support to team members.
• Suggest efficiencies and learn new areas for future ownership.
