Job summary

Primient is seeking a Maintenance Technician, Process Controls to support instrumentation and electrical systems across our facilities in the United States. The role emphasizes calibration, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of process instrumentation and DCS interfaces such as Foxboro, while maintaining strict safety standards and working with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

High School graduate or GED
7 years minimum industrial experience in craft or tech, plus 3 years industrial experience if using craft/tech degree
Experience with plant instrumentation (flow, level, pressure, temperature, pH) including calibration and troubleshooting with HART

Responsibilities

Maintain and calibrate process instrumentation and switchgear
Inspect parts and measure performance using precision tools
Troubleshoot 460V 3-phase electrical switchgear and motor control circuits
Operate CMMS to manage work orders, parts, and labor
Perform preventive maintenance on instrumentation and process analyzers
Interface with process engineers, production techs, and quality control to improve efficiency
