Job summary

Primient is seeking an Advanced Electrical & Instrumentation Technician to support maintenance and reliability across our plant facilities in the United States. The role involves electrical distribution, instrumentation calibration, and control system troubleshooting in a heavy industrial environment.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with HV/MV systems, PLCs, VFDs, and process instrumentation, and will mentor junior technicians while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in industrial Electrical & Instrumentation.
• Advanced knowledge of high, medium, and low voltage systems.
• Proficiency with electrical power distribution and process instrumentation systems in heavy industrial environments.
• Demonstrated success in troubleshooting complex issues, leading reliability initiatives, and training others.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical reliability programs and preventive maintenance efforts.
• Mentor and develop junior technicians on instrumentation and electrical practices.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical distribution, motor control, and instrumentation systems.
• Respond to on-call needs and support plant operations to minimize downtime.
