Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical Engineering disciplines; or Materials Science.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years of people management experience in manufacturing or in a technical field.

Responsibilities

• Owns meeting production targets and ensures daily/weekly goals.
• Manages project list to improve lines/areas with cross-functional teams.
• Mentors process/controls engineers and technicians.
• Assigns objectives and guides project scope and priorities.
• Conducts Performance Development Reviews and growth plans.
• Ensures safe work practices and environment.
• Identifies process performance opportunities and resource gaps.
