Job summary

Koch Fertilizer in Fort Dodge, IA offers a summer 2027 Process Engineering Intern position within our Engineering team for a 12-week program from late May to mid-August 2027. You will work on real projects that mirror our full-time engineers’ work and gain hands-on experience solving operational challenges.

As an enrolled engineering student, you will interpret drawings, support process improvements, and collaborate across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in anEngineering degree.
• Eligible for full-time employment before or by May 2028.
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without visa sponsorship.
• Willing and able to meet all physical requirements.
• Enrolled in a degree related to Chemical, Electrical, Biosystems, Ag Systems, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Take on projects that mirror the work of full-time engineers.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings and P&IDs, PFDs, plot plans, and specifications.
