Job summary

Godshall & Godshall Personnel Consultants, Inc. seeks a skilled DCS/PCS7 engineer to maintain and upgrade plant control systems. You will troubleshoot automation, networks, and hardware while programming process control software and configuring HMIs.

The role emphasizes upgrading control systems, training operators, and maintaining drawings and documentation to improve reliability and performance across the facility.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• 2+ years of DCS programming experience (Siemens PCS7 preferred).
• Strong knowledge of process control and instrumentation systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and OT network issues.
• Understanding of P&IDs, process flow diagrams, and loop drawings.
• Experience leading control system upgrades and improvement projects.
• Knowledge of industrial networks, HMI, and automation platforms.
