Qualifications

• Monitors production conditions and changes to maintain specs.
• Observes alarms and takes corrective actions.
• Records data on production charts and logs.
• Interacts with maintenance and operations teams to optimize output.

Responsibilities

• Monitors DCS screens and records changes in production variables.
• Adjusts set-points and controls to keep process within limits.
• Analyzes samples for acidity, density, pH, moisture and other quality metrics.
• Responds to alarms and initiates corrective actions in control room or field.
• Collects samples at various production stages for quality testing.
• Performs troubleshooting of process equipment and systems.
• Provides direction and training to field personnel as needed.
• Follows Lock-Out/Tag-Out procedures and safety rules.
• Maintains documentation of production data and times.
