Job Highlights

We seek a Process Control Engineer to collaborate with our regional process engineering and business teams. Responsibilities include performing quality assurance on manufacturing processes and identifying areas for process control optimization using real-time data systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with manufacturing facilities to identify and implement process control solutions to enhance plant operations, efficiency, and throughput
• Optimize plant processes through automation and control scheme development
• Support deployment of digital solutions like Advanced Process Control, Control Loop Monitoring, TrendMiner, and OSIsoft PI in collaboration with the Global Competency Center
• Assist with process control concepts and instrumentation technology in capital projects
• Maintain corporate standards in partnership with the Global Process Control Technology organization
• Support manufacturing sites in Safety Lifecycle activities related to process safety

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Electrical Engineering
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Intermediate experience with Allen Bradley PLC, ABB, and Emerson DeltaV DCS configuration
• Advanced operations experience
• Basic project execution experience
• Experience in Functional Safety Management
