Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer specializing in Injection Molding to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in optimizing manufacturing processes, improving product quality, and ensuring efficient production operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize injection molding processes to improve efficiency and product quality.
- Conduct troubleshooting for production issues and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements.
- Train and support manufacturing personnel on best practices and technical processes.
- Monitor production metrics and analyze data to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Utilize automation and advanced technology to enhance manufacturing capabilities.
- 3+ Years of experience with Injection Molding engineering experience.
- Proven experience in process engineering, specifically within injection molding.
- Strong understanding of plastics manufacturing and related technologies.
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving manufacturing issues.
- Familiarity with automation technologies and pneumatic systems.
- Knowledge of Rockwell automation systems is a plus.
- Experience with Fanuc robotics is desirable.
