Job summary

Cintal, Inc. in the United States seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to apply engineering principles to improve production efficiency, read blueprints, and help develop tooling and layouts.

You will collaborate with the engineering team and use CAD tools to support tooling design and modernization. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s in engineering with 2–4 years of experience (or a master’s with 1–2 years, or an associate’s with 5–7 years).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 2–4 years of experience.
• Master’s degree in engineering with 1–2 years experience.
• Associate’s degree with 5–7 years experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics to determine quality standards.
• Experience with CAD and Creo for engineering drawings and tooling.

Responsibilities

• Apply engineering theory to industrial layout and manufacturing production.
• Read blueprints and schematics to determine quality and reliability standards.
• Assist in planning work assignments based on capacity and schedules.
• Create charts and diagrams to illustrate workflow and floor layouts.
