• Assist production to reduce downtime and improve processes.
• Provide technical support for PLC/HMI or DCS configurations and troubleshooting.
• Develop and deliver training for operators on automated systems; maintain GMP documentation.
• Assist in capital project scope development, cost justification, and commissioning activities.
• Support safety, quality initiatives, and incident follow-ups.
