Job description

In this role, you will serve as a key partner between Research & Development and Manufacturing, helping ensure products are efficiently and consistently produced while meeting quality standards. You will support process optimization initiatives, troubleshoot production challenges, analyze data, and recommend improvements that enhance performance across the operation. We rely on our team members to bring fresh ideas, collaborate across functions, and contribute to a culture focused on innovation, safety, and continuous improvement.

Here’s What We’re Looking For
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific field preferred.
  • Experience in chemical manufacturing, chemical engineering, process management, operations research, or a related technical environment.
  • Strong knowledge of chemical properties, manufacturing processes, product formulations, and quality standards.
  • Ability to analyze production data, troubleshoot process issues, and implement effective solutions that improve efficiency and product quality.
  • Experience supporting process improvement initiatives, system enhancements, and the development of standard operating procedures.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across Research & Development, Manufacturing, and Quality teams.
  • Proficiency with laboratory equipment, Microsoft Office applications, and manufacturing-related software systems.
  • Flexibility to support manufacturing operations, including occasional weekend work and schedule adjustments as business needs require.
