Job description

We are seeking highly skilled Process Automation Technicians to join our client's team and support the development, optimization, and maintenance of automated production systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that automated processes operate efficiently, troubleshooting any issues, and ensuring that production runs smoothly. Position Responsibilities

Process Automation Support

• Assist in the setup, maintenance, and optimization of automated manufacturing systems
• Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain efficiency
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automated equipment, sensors, and controls

Maintenance & Troubleshooting

• Perform regular maintenance checks on automation systems to ensure reliability and reduce downtime
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and software issues and provide timely resolutions
• Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for process improvement

System Optimization & Efficiency

• Identify opportunities to improve automation systems for better production flow
• Implement solutions to increase system reliability and efficiency

Collaboration & Documentation

• Work closely with other technicians, engineers, and production teams to support ongoing operations
• Document maintenance and troubleshooting activities and maintain accurate records of interventions

Prerequisites

• Experience working with process automation and manufacturing systems
• Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical, mechanical, and automation systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle complex technical challenges
• Flexibility to work different shifts, including Pitman Day and Pitman Night shifts

Certifications (Preferred, but Not Required)

• Certification in Process Automation or a related field is preferred
• Technical training in electrical, mechanical, or automation systems is a plus
