Irving ISD is seeking a Business Systems Analyst - Process Automation in Irving, TX. You will advance district‑wide automation using Laserfiche forms/workflows and integrate with SIS/ERP systems.

The role requires 3–5 years configuring and supporting software backed by relational databases, strong SQL, and SDLC expertise to deliver tested, documented solutions while collaborating with multiple departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Laserfiche Certified Professional credentials preferred, or the ability to obtain within twelve months of hire.
• Experience administering Laserfiche, forming workflows, and integrating with ERP/SIS.

Responsibilities

• Lead districtwide development of automated Laserfiche processes.
• Design and deploy Laserfiche Forms and Workflows.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Special Education, and other departments to translate requirements into automated solutions.
• Produce requirements, design docs, and test plans; manage UAT and regression testing.
• Manage change and release for Laserfiche solutions and maintain backlogs.
